The client wanted to convert an outdated, closed-off bathroom into a modern, open-concept wet room. The main challenge was the existing plumbing layout, which didn't support a zero-threshold shower due to the villa's concrete slab thickness.
Our Solution: We carefully chipped the slab to re-route the 4-inch drainage pipes, applying a triple-layer polyurethane waterproofing membrane to ensure zero leaks. We finished the space with book-matched Calacatta Gold marble and concealed Hansgrohe thermal mixers.
The villa was suffering from poor air quality and a noisy, inefficient cooling system that was driving up DEWA bills. The existing ducts had hidden mold buildup due to years of neglect by previous contractors.
Our Solution: We executed a deep robotic duct cleaning and sanitization. We then replaced the noisy indoor blower units with ultra-quiet O-General concealed ducted systems, integrating them seamlessly with Nest Smart Thermostats. The result? A silent, freezing-cold room with pure air quality.
